Good afternoon!

I've been working hard on the next song, Bowser Castle GBA, and took a quick break to get this short out for you. This one's for Jamison P., it's a bit of Wily Stage 1 from Mega Man 7.

One song I've been wanting to cover this year, ever since doing it in the first Mega Man Medley actually, is the intro stage from MM7. Personally it's my favorite song from the game, so if I get around to it this will probably be the end card short. xD

With Star Dream out of the way I can finally get back to catching up on these acoustic shorts! Expect 1-2 per day for.. probably the rest of the month, haha.

The 2017 premiere is finally complete! I'll be finishing up editing the video tonight and will have it ready to go tomorrow.

I'm crazy for thinking I could possibly get this up before 2016 was over. The synths/non-guitar/drum instruments took me like 3-4 days to get together alone.

Hey everyone!

I've been hard at work on Star Dream the past few days, and it's currently about 60% done. I'm expecting the synth parts to take me a bit longer than usual, since a lot of sections (especially the P-R-O-G-R-A-M section) are extremely synth and effect heavy. My plan is to have this one finished by around the 10th of the month.

But for now, we have the next request list drawing coming up! We had a few more declined cards than usual this month...

Acoustic Short: Wicked Child (Castlevania)

It may not have won the Halloween poll, but Wicked Child is here... in acoustic form! This one's for Chris Bonner.

Don't let the length fool you: I looped this one in the proper spot a few times and ended it. The original has a sort of long intro that I didn't really want to leave out that doesn't get looped with the rest of the song.

Moving forward: Enter 2017!

Good afternoon Patrons!

So, as you can tell, I'm unfortunately not going to be able to get Star Dream up before the year is over. The Sonic medley took me a lot longer to finish than I had anticipated which only left me with a few days to work on Star Dream. I've managed to get some done on it, but definitely not enough to get it up tomorrow. xD

That said, Star Dream will now instead be the 2017 opener, making Sonic Fan Medley 2 the official 2016 finale....

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everybody!

Since today is Christmas and all, I decided to make today's early download available for all Patrons. Hohoho!

So I originally intended for only 12 songs to be in this medley, then that managed to move it's way up to 15, and finally ended up at 16. I threw in one more Sonic 1 song (Marble Zone) to even out the song amount for the trilogy titles (so they each have 4 songs in the medley).

Sonic Fan Medley Preview #3: Hydrocity Zone Act 2

Here's the final preview: Hydrocity Zone Act 2 from Sonic 3 (and Knuckles).

Hydrocity Zone was, surprisingly, the 3rd most requested song overall with 16 votes (which is around the area where entry counts started getting close). I went with Act 2 for the medley since most of the votes were for it.

I swear it's taking me like an hour per song just to get these keyboards/synths in, lol. I'm getting there though!
