Sooo I've had this cast on for three weeks! I've never had an LLC on longer than 2 weeks.. of course this is many many times over but I'm in love with the feeling I get from this cast!

This third week in this long leg cast is wild. I'm not really sure how my leg is going to be but it should be alright. I've trained for this... year after year going harder every time. Pushing myself to Do more!
Sometimes I'm not even realizing I'm forgetting to publish my work. So this November I want you guys to hold me to my updates. If I'm casted or not. I still need to find old work and post it "This month" So come December I can do something Really good Casted content. 🤩😍🥰�...

Casting 9/16/2024

I'm writing this with two broken legs!
Or at least That's my thoughts on the matter at hand. But the people I'm close with know the truth. my legs aren't broken. I'm just enjoying this very relaxing time in kentucky.
I'm already hard at work planning Trips for next year! If you're interested in having me come to you?

I'm typing this with my left hand from my smartphone right now! let me tell you! the challenge is real! This is day #3 without using my entire right arm. And what a difference! If I'm being honest my arm has been hurting a little with the palm up position! Just enough to make it seem like my arm is really broken. The question now, is, how many more days can I keep it? And how long with this arm take to fully recover from being in this very tight cast!

Broken leg toe massages

I use some tea tree oil on my toes after being in a medical long leg cast, two weeks I still remember the way my leg would feel when I flexed my toes. I could feel the bone shift just a bit and the pain felt Soo good! What a fun time I was having a year ago! Enjoy!

Saturday update!!

Day #3 in a very large and heavy half body cast. Lots of rest. Fracture is slightly painful, send food and cards! And maybe a wine bottle or two to ease the pain.... #Bodycastlife!
