Request - Ghost Girl WIP

So this requester asked for something interesting. It was mentioned that I don't draw on trend. I usually draw older characters, and stay away from what might be popular. So I was challenged to draw something that was trending. Well... it just so happens that what is trending is Halloween. So I decided to stick to the season and draw a ghost girl. Trying to keep with the retro/vintage style that the Devil Girl has. I think she's pretty cute so far. I wonder what she died of.

Iridessa

So Iridessa marks the end of the fairy series that I started earlier this year. I'm super happy I decided to see this through and paint all of the main characters. I it started out well and ended even better. I just adore this final Iridessa picture. I hope that you all like it too. Thanks for sticking around to see all of them.

Iridessa - Painting in Progress

Thought I'd stop by with a painting progress shot. I also wanted to show that her neck has been adjusted so it's not buried in her shoulder. So far, things are looking good. Thanks for the feedback too! It's always welcome to help turn and good idea in to a great picture.

Well, I've got her lines all cleaned up (wings will come later). How's it so far? No sure if I want give her an smile mouth or a cute little "oh" mouth. We'll see as I get on to the final details I guess.

I think I have a good rough sketch for Iridessa. It might be hard to see tell, but I plan on focusing the main light source on her open cooter. To... light up where the sun don't shine, as it were. I'm very much liking her so far. To be honest, I've been looking forward to drawing her for a bit. She's one of my faves. I think she's just so cute. ^_^

This requester gave me the gift of choice this month. Such a generous gift to be sure. I figured I shouldn't squander it and draw something scary or spooky since it is that time of the year. Some might remember that I drew this cute little devil girl last year. She's all retro looking and pinup style. Well, I just had to draw her again with tentacles... only a little different then usual.

Looks like we've got another Disney MILF on the docket. Peg from Goof Troop is showing a bit of her sexy self. Okay... here's the thing about Peg. She's never been my top choice for sexy toons, but if I had to make a general observation about her... I think that her and Pete look like they could be be swingers. Possibly Pete invites Goofy over to screw his wife and he watches. That's how I view them, which in my head make them more appealing.

Vidia

I'm pretty sure this is only the second Vidia picture I've ever drawn. She's clearly not one of my favorites. That being said, I do like how this one came out. I just love the purple swirls that give this a windy feel. She might not be a fave... but she's growing on me. ^_^

Hey everyone. Just stopping by to show of some progress. I know people like to see this kind of thing. I just finished the line work for Vidia and next I'll be add my flat colours before I start to properly render her out. She's coming along very nice if I might say so.

Okay... I think I have an pose for Vidia. I wanted it to feel breezy and yet show some of the attitude she has in the movies. I think this one works well on both of those requirements. Gonna have to think hard about variants for her extra pictures.

... and with that, the last of the Stardew Valley girls are done! I gotta say, I've really enjoyed drawing these. I don't usually do series drawings. This and the fairies are the only ones I've done in... gosh I have no idea when. I should put all the drawings together in a nice group shot next. ^_^

This months fairy is all done and looking mighty fine. I like how these are all coming together. It'll be nice to see them all competed. With all the fairies I've drawn, I've yet to have a complete set. I hope you all enjoy Rosetta here, she was fun to draw.

Emily the tailor is the next Stardew Valley girl up on the request list. The pose on this one was a bit of a challenge. Some times coming up with a good silhouette can be a challenge. A good challenge and very rewarding when you have something you like. Looking forward to seeing this one done. I think she's quite cute.

Wanna know what the most satisfying part of this pic was? The bucket. I'm so happy with how it came out. I love the thickness of the planks, the colour and the over all shape. I'm also happy how I was able to make it look like Lin was actually sitting in it and not all cramped. Over all, I think it's a very pleasing pic. I hope the requester is happy with it too. ^_^
