A Bit Of A Chat with Bobby Moynihan

Yes, I know it's been awhile.

Not only did I record this episode ages ago, but it's a Chat that both of us have been meaning to record for over a decade.

As to why it's taken to so long to get a new episode out, it comes down to the simple fact that I'm working on a NEW BOOK, and find that most of my time is devoted to what has quickly become a difficult and time-consuming but ultimately worthwhile project that, sadly, I can't announce yet.

(But I will as soon at they let me...

We Got This! Star Wars Trivia - Listen & Draw Livestream

Hey there!

To celebrate Star Wars Day, I debuted a special Star Wars Trivia Showdown bonus episode of We Got This, featuring Hal Lublin squaring off against Star Wars Explained's Alex & Mollie Damon.

During the playback of this prerecorded special, I did some live #AwfulDrawingsOfAnyCharacter. But then, instead of ending the livestream when the episode ended, I decided to go through a box of collectibles and memorabilia I hadn't sorted through in ages.

It was a fun, weir...

D&D Ticket

Well, here’s a project I thought I’d mentioned to you all, but am deeply chagrined to discover I have overlooked sharing until now.

In August of last year, my pal - and incredibly brilliant professional theme park designer - Zane Jensch asked if I would host and help develop a show he created, that would meld role playing game elements with theme park design creative jam sessions based around existing IP.

And THE D&D TICKET was born.

And if you haven’t already, now...

TONIGHT: A Bit Of A Chat w/ Awful Drawings

I know it's a bit short notice, but I've been experimenting with different ways to broadcast my new episodes of A BIT OF A CHAT, so:

At 9pm EST, join me on my Twitch stream, where you can listen to my latest Bit Of A Chat with guest Charlie McDonnell while I draw Awful Drawings Of Any Character based on requests you make during the stream.

Swing by, have a listen, and watch as I create what could legitimately be described as "Art, I guess?"...

An Evening With John Hodgman & Ken Plume XIV

Well, this has been an eventful year.

And yes, it has been a fair amount of time since either the last new episode of A BIT OF A CHAT, or the return of my pal John Hodgman to the show. The delay is due to a myriad of factors, including that I'm working on a new book (which I can't say anything more about but will hopefully be announced soon).

But guess what? NOT ONLY has John Hodgman returned to the show in the very BRAND NEW episode you'll be able to listen to via the link below,...

Yes, it's been a fairly long while since my last BIT OF A CHAT, but there are many reasons for that - most of which are not the same gloomy, depressing ones we're all being suffocated by. No, there are actually quite a few projects bubbling about - some I can't talk about yet, and others you can listen to right now (Check out THE D&D TICKET!).

A Bit Of A Chat with Yuri Lowenthal 2

It's been a few years since I last had the pleasure to record a Bit Of A Chat with the always-wonderful Yuri Lowenthal. How long has it been? Long enough ago that we couldn't talk about his role as Peter Parker/Spider-Man in the then-super secret Playstation SPIDER-MAN game, which has since gone on to immense success and cemented Yuri's place within the Spiderverse.

But now we can talk about it...
