So the whole premise of Dorohedoro is that a mans head was turned into a lizard head and his memories of his life before were erased so with the help of his restaurant owner best friend they try and track down the sorcerer that did this to him and restore his memories. Every time they encounter a magic user Caiman puts their head in his mouth and there inside is his human form that decides whether this is the person that did it or not, if not they kill them because....why not lmao.
