Hello everyone my name is Scocks or Scocks4you. As many of you know following my twitter posts I've been diagnosed with Ulcerative colitis or UC. It has been a very difficult time for me lately I find myself struggling to find foods I can eat, while also keeping my weight and not losing anymore. I used to weigh 205 and now im 181.4 lbs. Due to UC I am on a rotation of pills throughout my day with 2pm being especially difficult on me. ((I have a phobia with pills)) My heart rate spikes come 2p...
