Per-creation billing

Well this is kind of dumb, Patreon doesn't actually charge per creations until the end of the month per their website:

"For per-creation pledges: At the start of the month patron accounts will be charged for all the paid creator posts from the previous month. To give you more control over how much you are charged, we provide an option for you to place a monthly max on your pledges. This total charge continues monthly until the creator stops posting paid posts or your pledge is deleted. "

First Page is Done!

So I have to make a post to charge for creation, so this is the post!! Once the payments have cleared I will be emailing out the page!

I've never done this method before so it might be a bit wonky.  So once the payments clear, keep an eye on your email =)
