August Update (+ New Tier)

MHA Burnin x Fuyumi Commission

Returning to MHA with this fun Futa Commission. Though I am not caught up enough with MHA to have actually encountered Burnin myself yet (I know, I am super behind, my bad), I have always liked her character design and looked forward to eventually getting the chance to draw her. A follow-up to a previous Gohan x Asuka commission I drew a month back. I'm glad for the experience of being able to draw a lot of simple-colour pictures, because I think it has really been helping me evolve the style and make it into something better, without compromising the whole point of it being a simpler, easier way to draw art.

July OneShot

Here we have both completed pages of the July Oneshot (Plus an Alt). Killua and Alluka share a pretty spicy night / day / night and day (Who knows) together. This Oneshot is another delve into the idea of taking simple ideas and expanding on them a bit. As I mentioned last time, this is not something I will be doing all the time. June OneShot: An Angel's Training

As you can see, this OneShot ended up being quite experimental. Ever since I started the Oneshot, I have had in-mind the idea that, when appropriate, I may spread the OS over onto 2 pages, rather than just 1, if I felt that would be better for the framing of each individual panel. This OneShot idea in particular, was very easy and simple. Just 2 people, and in Manga Style too. So I saw it as an opportunity to experiment a little bit and really push that idea.

The winner of the August Oneshot was Emil, with the idea: '(Pokemon Sw&Sh) Hop assfucking Professor Sonia as her new protégé.". Here we have the May Oneshot. Bisky has taken it upon herself to train the duo of Gon and Killua, particularly in enhancing their stamina and Nen usage. At first, it was going alright, and she seemed to be getting a lot of enjoyment out not her unique training methods. In time, however, the two would catch on that she was looking for a little more, and decided to break the act, just giving her what she really wanted.

Gohan x Asuka Com, Abandoned Alt

I originally drew Asuka in a different outfit, with a different expression. However that idea ended up being abandoned half-way through, and I switched over to the one she is in now in order to be better in line with what the commissioner wanted. However, seeing as that version of the image was pretty close to being completed anyway, I figured I would post it here as a little bonus image.

A commission featuring Gohan paired with Asuka from Tekken. Tekken is my favourite fighting game franchise. One I have played since I was a kid, all the way into adulthood, so it was interesting to draw a character from it. April Oneshot: Gohan and Videl x Izuku and Ochaco

Here we have another Oneshot in the Manga style. Definitely am learning to better draw in this style, though I still have lots of room to improve. I think eventually doing a proper multi-page, long-term comic with a doujin look, will help a lot in shaping it. And hopefully, given the writer-tier comic, that should be something I am able to get to in the relatively near future.
