I'll research on how to render synthesia videos much smoother. Whether I do it or UnlimitedMusicWorks, our footage always run into frame rate issues. I'd like to fix that in the future.

I will also be recording Boku no Hero Academia OST tomorrow! I'm finally getting to the groove of things and my inspiration is coming back :3
With the recording tomorrow, I'll upload it probably Tuesday for the early access guys and going to give it to my transcribers to get the sheet music to you as well (original arrange + easy version).

This is about two hours of practice after I've messed around with a few ideas of the arrangement. I'm still... very much lacking in motivation due to the change in scheduling from full time school to music full time - I'm having trouble adjusting and my productivity is very low at the moment -_-
Sorry for the low quality practice and out of tune piano, but here it is - some of my ideas. I might change a couple of parts in future practice sessions.
Also, image is from Eromanga-sensei anime. Basically she is saying that masterpieces are only born from work when you are motivated. If you're not motivated (like me right now), you should never force creating art.
So... I might take it easy until I get used to my music schedule and get my momentum going up again. It's a slow start right now, but I'll get my energy back up again! :D

Right now, I'm in the "listening phase" of the arrangement. I will just keep on listening to this track for a couple of days so when I start my arrangement, I already have the basics (melody/harmony) memorized, and also have arrangement ideas!
Boku no Hero Academia has really given me inspiration throughout school and when I'm feeling down, and I want to share it will all you guys!
It will be a fairly easy arrangement, so I might talk to my transcribers about just releasing one sheet music that will be available to $5 supporters and upwards.

So for the next week, I'll be taking a one week vacation and just indulge myself in laziness (so burned out from the final exams). Pretty much the only Patreon related thing I will do is the post cards for the $50 donators - I have a lot to tell you about it :3

1.) Re:Creators - fucking great anime, my favorite this season
2.) Attack on Titan 2 - obviously, and the mystery intensifies (I haven't read the manga)
3.) Boku no Hero Academia 2 - this is my second favorite this season. It totally reminds me of the first arc of Hunter x Hunter. Also the anime gives me so much hope in life, I love it
4.) Tsugumomo (manga) - oh boy, loli characters (it's actually pretty good)
5.) Rokudenashi Majutsu Koushi to Akashic Records - funny as hell
That's it for now. Basically, I'll start practicing my next upload starting May! For April, all my patrons will only be charged once (since I only uploaded Attack on Titan 2 OP).

Hey guys, I just want to give an update again, unfortunately with not much changed - but I still want to communicate it just in case anyone was wondering about my inactivity on the Patreon feed.
Basically, school all day (exams) and school projects when I get home, and no time on Patreon/YouTube AT ALL.

Well, I just finished the first season of Boku no Hero Academia. I've had it on hold since episode 10, and I've finished the last three episodes just now.
I forgot how emotional the anime is. Is it over the top? Is it unrealistic? Of course... but I see myself in Midoriya a lot. Even now, I am always so unsure of myself, I am always doubting myself, and think of myself as such a failure even with all the blessings that surround me (including you guys!).
This anime, while far from perfect, gives me so much encouragement, so much hope even in my day to day life... I love it so much and I hope you'll enjoy my arrangement of it. I'll be working on it for about two weeks to make it as good as I can.

So, posting a lot on the Patreon feed seem complicated. I will solve this by:
-YouTube version sheet music and MIDI will be uploaded together on the day of the YouTube upload - this will prevent clutter on the Patreon Feed.
-The only time you will be charged is when I upload the arrangement on YouTube, and I will let you know every time. If I have two piano uploads in one month, you will be charged on those times - no more, no less!
-Easy version video, sheets, midi, and synthesia will be uploaded a couple of days after the YouTube video is published. It's a bit too much to record and edit a video when I just recorded and editing the YouTube video - I'll get burned out :(
-Tags: On the front page, you will find tags. If you ever get lost, they will link you to all the posts with MIDI, sheets, behind the scenes, and more~
I want to communicate the rewards to you the best I can, and I'm finding it a bit messy and cluttered way right now... I hope to be more organized the more I spend time with Patreon posts!

The audio attached is what I used to learn the song by ear. Sometimes I need to edit and slow down the original music so I can follow the small details needed to make the arrangement.
Here's the plan:
-Monday: Practice the arrangement (I will livestream/record)
-Tuesday: Practice the arrangement (I will again livestream/record)
-Wednesday: Record the video (easy + hard), upload YT version on Patreon, send to transcribers to make the sheets.
-Thursday: upload easy version on Patreon, release MIDI files on Patreon, send to transcribers to make the sheets.
-Friday: Release Synthesia Tutorial videos (easy + hard, 50% and 100% speed)
-Saturday morning: YouTube video goes live, and Patreon users get all the sheet music~
Then I'll probably take a week break because exams lol. 3 more weeks of school left.
