Been working really hard on trying to get Chapter 1 out. I've decided that when I do release it, it'll be the first half of Chapter 1 so that you guys can have the option to review it and hopefully give feedback on what you thought. Just hashing out some details now. Shouldn't be long.

A lot of people think that when I said "Uraraka had had enough" I meant that she was gonna beat Bakugou up to get him to talk, but she'd already yelled at him in the comic. I think it was important that different strategies were given to these characters because they aren't one-note or flat people, they'd try different things. And if anyone would get Bakugou to speak it'd be her, either because he likes her or feels guilty around her because of the Sports Festival.
At least that was my take on...

So I'm about 15 pages into the 50 page first chapter and things are going well. Suddenly got called into more hours at work and I have to work around those now, but I'm gonna try and finish draft 1 by the end of March so its ready for the test read. I'll let you know where I'm at next week with the project.

This was actually the first thing I'd drawn for Nice Ka-Chan before there was even a plot. It was originally going to be a gag comic but after thinking about it, it made more sense to give Bakugou more thought about his situation. He's not stupid after all, just a little lost now.
I really respect his character. So doing something with more thought felt right.
