I contracted a minor intestinal infection; it has been difficult to work when you need to shit every couple of minutes, lol.

NOTES during the studies:
the upper body (torso, shoulder and neck) are bigger on the male body compared to female anatomy
The lower body is more narrow and slim
Using square shapes are better to make the muscle silhouette to pop out
the back muscles (trapezio maily) when really work out, makes a strong silhouette
The arms have a more fun shape desing ideas with the bigger biceps and arm muscles
Notes:
- I have been looking at how I draw arms lately. I noticed that I have been drawing some weird shapes for a while.
- Putting muscles or creating muscles in thin air in areas where they are no needed
- I will be doing this kinda page more during slow days
- I recommend sinix design of simple anatomy: arms ITS AMAZING but pretty dense tho
