Brief Break
Hey friends, I'm in need of a break to get through the last bit of vow renewal planning. After the vow renewal, I'll be on a vacation with my husband, and then I'll be back at it refreshed and new!

Panel 1: I intended to split the groups in half with the BG but it worked out that it just split Walter out. Whoops. Also hi, Mimfry!
Panel 3: I did a worm's eye view/upshot for this to make Belfry feel a little less approachable/a little more intimidating, because she's in a grumpy mood and to Tamberlane she feels formidable and hard to reach. Plus, it's from Tam's POV.

The top two panels are actually one panel that I broke into two; the two are ragged along the center edges, and the talking overlaps the borders, to get across how bad the argument is getting. By the last two panels, things are mostly stable because Walter has taken control.

Composition notes: As things got worse and worse, I tried to make the panels reflect that. The first panel is a normal panel. As she waits on an answer, the panels shrink, making it feel a little off-kilter. I'm so glad to switch scenes. I inevitably get tired of a color scheme pretty fast lmao. I really wanted to showcase the festival setup, no matter how masochistic it felt to draw it haha. So there's that nice big opening BG frame.
