Floyds barbershop is now open for business. The stylist chairs are functional, but you need to have Get Famous or Spa Day for them to work. (I cannot remember which one)

[Attention: You have to remove the 2 purple bushes in front of the door on both of the first level apartments in order to go down the stairs and access the lower-level apartments}.
This is the Aspen Meadows build. This build is 4 units. 2 second floor and 2 garden level units. Each unit is 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom. I only decorated 1 of the bedrooms. I aways wanted to pair jeans with some of the clothes in the outfits category. I think a lot of them will look good with them. Especially for Winter looks. Well now we can with these jeans!!!! These are in the leggings category so you can pair them with anything and they really look good with BOOTS. There are 8 swatches not all show above.

It is because I put the small fence trim in front of them. The black trim in front of the jacuzzi needs to be deleted along with the white one separating the kitchen and Livingroom. Once you do that the sims will be able to get to them. Also the bush in back of the jacuzzi needs to be removed as well as half of it is under the house preventing the sims from using the fridge.

This is the 2 story version of the Littleton Ranch House. This house is a little bigger and has a half bath on the first floor. The full bath, office, laundry room and bedroom are all on the second floor. This home also has the jacuzzi and the extra room in the back. This is also a 30x20 lot. Same packs used as the Littleton Ranch House.

This is the Littleton Ranch House. This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath home with laundry room and plenty of natural light and two skylights. This home is beautifully landscaped. There is also a jacuzzi and an extra room out back to use as you like. (I did something a little different with this house and I made a two sorry version that features an upstairs. That home is a 1 bedroom 1 and a half bath version that also has a tiny office and upstairs deck.) The last two pictures are both versions side by side. If you are a $5.00 patron you can have both versions in your game. They are decorated the same, but the floor plan is really the only difference. If I will do this time to time to give you guys a little bit of variety and bigger versions. They are individual lots (30x20) each. Packs used but not required are: Snowy Escape, Seasons, Get Together, Get to Work, Moschino and Cool Kitchen.

Here are 2 Polo shirts. They are re-colors, so the mesh is needed for mines to show up in game. If you have my Tommy Hilfiger polo shirt you already have the mesh, so you do not need to download it again. The Polo Sports shirt has 3 swatches (all shown) and the Burberry shirt has 6 or 8 swatches. I really liked the Polo Fezco was wearing on Euphoria and I wanted my sims to have it as well.
