Modest 1brd 1 bath 2nd story apartment

This is modeled after one of the apartments I lived in. It is perfect for a young couple just getting out on their own. This build doesn't need the elevator mode which was include in my other apartment builds as this one has outside stairs to get to the front door. Packs need are: Get Together, Romantic Garden, Cats and Dogs, Back yard stuff, Season and jungle adventure. Please make sure to have bb.moveobjects on when placing this lot.

Estella Diggs Park 50/50 lot

I never know what to build on these enormous lots in the sims 4 and the parks they come with are just tired. So I decided to make this park. Welcome to  Estella Diggs Park. This  park is named after Estella Diggs, the first African-American woman to represent the Bronx in the New York State Assembly. This park features lots of trees and flowers, a playground for the kids and toddlers, 2 fountains for your enjoyment and 3 food trucks with seating for out door dinning.  Packs needed are: Get to work, Get together, City Living and Romantic Garden. Please be sure to have bb.moveobjects on when placing the lot.

I have been in a recoloring mood lately and I came up with these recolor sets. These are just a few of the colors. There are 12 swatches total. Sorry for the pose. First off I want to apologize for the delay in posting this for you guys. The updated messed up the windows and doors so I had to go back and re-due some of this build. I had so much fun making this build as it features a treehouse in the back yard. That is functional. Please make sure to have bb.moveobjects on before placing the build. Good morning fellow simmers. Toddler Bedding recolor. (Pillow & Matress)

I don't really play with toddlers to much but I am working on a build for you guys that has a toddler room in it and I needed some bedding. Here is what I came up with. I used a couple of the patters I used for the child recolors I did on my tumblr the rest are new patters for toddlers. There are 15 total swatches. The meshes are include. The mattress is from ATS4 I cannot remember where the pillow is from. Credits for the meshes goes to the creators.

Today's post is an old build that I did but I have revamped it and made living quarters on the first level of two of the buildings. The building in the middle can be converted to a apartment but I made it the laundry matt. The units are sparsely decorated and ready for your sims to move in and trap, kick it and turn up.  Packs needed are: Get to work, Strangerville, City Living, Romantic Garden, Cats and Dogs and out door retreat. Make sure to have bb.moveobjects on, when placing this lot.

DTS Nubian and Elephant Canvas Prints

I have a complete build I should be done with in a few days for you all, but until then I wanted to post these.  Must have Dine Out for these to show up. In game search DTS as always with a space after the S. Please keep in mind you can size these up and down as you like. Also, a couple of them have the same picture just revered. I like to hang pictures in two's and it helps with the symmetry when decorating.

I couldn't believe I never did a African themed recolor set. Well I have now! The shower and bedding are functional. However, you need Parent Hood for the shower to show up in game. The meshes are included in this download.  If you have my other set you already have them so you do not need them twice.

I hope you enjoy this set as much as I enjoyed making it for you guys!

3 Story Apartment building

Just finished this apartment building and wanted to get it up for you guys. The is a three story apartment building. Like always I only decorated one floor.  This time the 3rd floor. I really liked the skylights. These apartments are 1 bedroom 1 bath. They features a laundry room off the kitchen, a walk in closet and two skylights.  One in the living room and one in the bedroom, tons of natural light and large balconies.

Packs needed for this build:  Get to work, City Living, Season and Eco Living.  If you do not have these packs you can still download it. Just know that some items may not show up in game.

** This download also uses the elevator mod which is included. If you have it in your game already from my first apartment building you do not need to put it in again. ***

I saw these for the Sims 3 and I had to make them for the Sims 4. These are recolors and you need Dine out for them to work. To search in game for any of my recolors search DTS and a space. They will come up!

4 unit Apartment building

It's finally done! Hope you love it as much as I do. It comes with the Elevator mod, so all you have to do is click where you want your sims to go and they will use it accordingly. I only decorated the 3rd floor apartment so your sims can live there. The other apartments have the kitchen and bathroom build just not furnished. Like in real life. However they are move in ready.  If you want NPC's living in the other 3 apartments just have roommates and assign them their own door. 

Packs needed: Eco Living, Get to Work, Get together, Spa Day and backyard stuff. (If you dont have all the packs you can still use it you just will be missing a few items.

Remember to have MOVEOBJECTS ON before placing the lot! 

*Also let me know if you all want another apartment building next month as well. *

Here is my second College Set. This set included ( Shower RC, Bathmat RC, Bedding RC and Pillow RC) The shower and bedding are functional. Meshes are included. 

Mesh Creators are:  WondyMoon - Rug, ATS4 - Bedding and MXIMS - Pillow. Sims 4 Parenthood is required for the shower to show up in game.

** To search in game for my recolors type DTS followed a a space bar to bring them all up. They may still come up without the space but I do a space to make sure**

Here is the first Tiny house I ever build. It is 1 bedroom, 1 bath, stackable washer and dryer. and a great out door space!
