Odessa: More Than Dust #15
I've been struggling with how to liven up the background of this scene for a while now, and it only hit me just now that it should be snowing. I'll need to go back and add a layer of snow to the fore ground and back ground of each strip, however, I think it looks much better so it's worth it.

Beta (Grant Pitch 4 of 5)
Beta is aware of what she is doing, but it feels more like she is watching it from a distance. Her guilt is one of the things she must wrestle with when the chip is disabled in her in the second act of the story. She must decide whether to bear the pain and doubt, or to have the chip restored and live in ignorant harmony.

Super Smash Bros Tournament Summer 2018: Mega Man
Another revised prize for the upcoming Smash Bros tournament. Mega man was one of the worst of the original set. I was rushing to get, I think 16 illustrations finished, and he was one of the last.

Beta (Grant Pitch 3 of 5)
The Yaldabaoth Inhibitor chip also stops Beta's brain from doing things like releasing endorphins when receiving stimuli contradictory to mission parameters. This causes her to lose focus and prevents her from feeling things like fear. The chips release an EMP impulse if tampered with, designed to inflict severe brain damage.
The fellow in the wheelchair found a means to disable the chip and survive, but not without harm.

Beta is in a class of people called Assets, short for corporate assets, who are adopted by companies. Since companies and businesses are legally seen as the same as people, they are able to do so and become legal guardians, using the status to modify Assets to fulfill jobs in the company.
Beta is a corporate assassin and has prosthetic arms containing various gadgets. She also has a chip in her brain which causes her to hallucinate and see a demon whenever she does not follow order...
