It was really fun to paint this mini. Even though I had to stop at every step to snap a picture, it was hard to not get carried away and forget hehe.
This was an old sculpt in metal so I noticed it's age in the cast and sculpt. In retrospect I think a newer plastic legolas would've been easier but this one had charm to it.

I'm almost done painting this legolas mini. This is a late christmas present for a family member that is very into lord of the rings.

Some more work done on the captain, this time his hammer.

Part 4 of the eradicator. Here I show how I painted the helmet. Very proud of the capture of the eyes. It usually is hard to record such small areas without it getting blurry or being in the wrong angle slightly.

Some eradicators I painted at an advanced lvl for the fulminators chapter. Did them in a reverse to give them a different appearance to show their fire support status along with their own style of helmets.
I've recorded the whole process so expect some tutorials of these in video format.
Note: Advance means easier techniques to achieve the painted result. It doesn't necessary mean it's a worse paint job than expert in some situations depending on how good one is with the technique and b...

Continuing with the storm shield in this first part.
This shield has a lot of details so I'm covering these with 2 vids and 3-4 pdf's tutorials.
In this part I show how I painted the black trim for the shield. It demands some patience and brush control but with only four paints it's fairly simple to pull of.

Hi all, Wanted to show this bretonnian knight conversion I recently made.
took a space marine head from the mark III kit and trimmed it down for some chainmail sculpting.
Also as I'm heavily in love with the questing knights(got them all) I built a little backpack with supplies/items and his broken helmet that he carries in hope for it to be repaired someday.

I've made a step by step of the small shield for the captain.
This little thing took me 4 total hours since precision with the brush wasn't the easiest hehe. So remember to be patient and have a steady hand here.
In this 2-part tutorial I match lights in different colors to make a whole surface blend in with all it's colors combined.

Made a small guide on how I painted artoros for the game necromunda.
