No Tree of Life page this week

Hey, guys!

It turned out that my family will be visiting us tomorrow, and it looks like they will stay for two days. I tried to manage my time and schedule as best as I could, but it seems I won't be able to finish the next Tree of Life page, no matter what.

So I decided to postpone the next page, and instead I'll upload a few more little sketches I saved for such an occasion :)

Shen Refsheet v2

Here's the new reference sheet I made for Shen for Prophecy 2 :) He got some new royal attire, and even an "incognito cloak" too :D I thought with a new comic he should get some new clothes too, and I wanted to give him something simple yet elegant. So Abbie wanted to see a picture of Nigel and Vyra and how their hatred for everything could connect them. And then I thought, what if they hate everything, but they hate each other more than everything? And I found that pretty damn funny :D Also, as you can see, Nigel wants to ruin your day, but Vyra wants to ruin your life XD

"Elegant Chili"

I know I haven't made many of your suggestions this month, but I just wanted to draw Chili in a very elegant evening dress for a while, and I just couldn't hold it back anymore! So I hope you forgive me and accept this pic of Chili in high heels.

I wanted to make a small and quick picture with Evie, and I wanted to make her super cute. At first, I didn't know how to do that (she's already more than cute :D), so I was just drawing around when a revelation hit me: You make a character cuter by not giving them a chin! So here you go, a 20% cuter Evie!

Slay the Spire - the Defect

Since the announcement of Slay the Spire 2 (and I can't wait for it to come out!), I've been playing the first one a lot lately! Even after dozens of hours, I still couldn't finish it yet, but I'm too stubborn to look at any guide because I want to do it on my own XD By the way, I've already made a fanart of Defect a few years ago. It looks like this character really resonates with me :)

I drew this picture last year, and it came very randomly for me, once when I was just listening to some music and relaxing by drawing randomly. I really can't tell you what kind of music I listened to because I can't remember anymore :D But I'm really happy with how this picture turned out :)
