"Brave Bugs"

I see no point in hiding how much Silksong grabbed me, so I'm still deep in the Hollow Knight fever again :D So I couldn't help it; I had to make even more fanart X) And I'm sure this won't be the last one either, so I'm sorry in advance XD

My Hollow Knight Icon Entry

I made this picture for the new Hollow Knight Discord icon contest, and though I couldn't manage to win, I still had a lot of fun making this, because it's very rare that I can participate in any contest nowadays ^^

By the way, this picture was another little practice in Krita. I feel like I'm getting the hang of it, but I want more practice before I start making the comic pages with it.

Self

First of all: don't worry, everyone, I'm fine; I made this picture a few months ago, but I didn't feel like uploading it until now :D

I rarely do vent art, but there was a day when I felt like I just had to quickly put one together. When I made this, I didn't have my sona yet, but the emotions in this picture are still valid. For me, this symbolises that it's a pretty awful feeling when we have to face our bad side, but at some point it's inevitable; it's part of life.

Sean wanted to see Cornelia after a long and bloody battle. I came up with a few ideas, but at the end I went with this one, because I just wanted to see her in different clothes this time, and I thought her visible breath gave a nice little extra to the picture :)

We decided to postpone the next page because there are some upcoming characters and locations in both the Prophecy and Tree of Life that we felt we needed to spend more time on than we could while preparing the sketches for the next pages. So we will use the time gained by delaying the next Prophecy page to work out some concepts and designs for these character...
