November Q&A

And here it is, the November Q&A :) And just as always, we tried to make it as "serious" as we could :D Hope you like them :)

I know that tiny dumbbell looks ridiculous on Ruby's head, but it "caused feelings" for me, so I had to leave it in :D

And a little note to the last one. I have no idea what kind of food I wanted to make that... thing. So maybe it was pigwash, and that door did Stella a favor XP

Defragmentation

Defragmentation is a routine procedure an Ensafir (that's how I call my insectoid-human like android bug species) has to go through time to time. They can keep their mind clean and organized this way. Wouldn't it be amazing to have a tool that could help to put the things in order in your mind? Now that I think about it, maybe I drew out my desire for that in this picture :D I'm so envious of the Ensafirs in this matter!

"Mr. and Mrs. Claus"

Laikaboss's suggestion was pretty simple: Rah'Jan as Mr. Claus, and Luna as Mrs. Claus. So the always grumpy Santa with his always cheerful wife, who's baking cookies all the time? You just can't go wrong with that :D And Mr. Claus will need all the love and help with his job, especially with that face... XP

Plum Harvest + Free AVI

This little idea was a joy to finish! :D I always loved playing around with vivid colors :) I even tried to replicate the style and the color scheme of the Rayman games to some extent. And look, there's Raygirl too! :D Or is it Rayma'am? Khm, anyway... I streamed most of the picture, and I hope it wasn't relaxing only to me, but for those too who watched me :)

And because I streamed it, I had the whole progress recorded, and I thought why not include a free AVI progression video this ti...

"All I DON'T want for Christmas"

So the suggestion was: Stella trying to stop Evie singing "All I want for Christmas is you". That was so fitting to the kitties, I just had to draw it :D But you have no idea how much time I spent thinking about how Stella should stop Evie, but covering her mouth looked pretty clear to me :D And see? Evie's nose isn't covered, she can breath, and won't suffocate :D Was I a good artist for even thinking about this? I was :3

"Christmas Shibari"

So Deesoon asked for a sketch with Gloria, where she would be tied with a big ribbon, as a Christmas present. I really liked this, but there was a very similar picture like that with Shen and Zaphira. But there was Selin, who asked for a shibari picture, but not with ropes, but with Christmas lights. And I thought these two suggestions would make a perfect combination :) So there she is, Gloria in a sexy light-bondage ;) I don't know why, but it was really hard to ch...

Rayman and Raygirl

I made this itsy-bitsy, teeny-tiny sketch for fun because I like Rayman a lot :D I played quite a lot again with Rayman Legends lately, and I'm really fond of the Rayman games all together. And because why not, I tried to put together a female version of Rayman too, so he could have a sister :D Gender bending is always fun! :D

Many-many years ago I used to draw a lot more Rayman related stuffs. Back then I also gave him some semi-limbs, but still tried to somewhat keep the original idea...

Christmas Sketch Suggestions

Hi guys! :)

Here is another month, so it's time to gather your ideas again :) But do you know what comes next month? That's right, CHRISTMAS! :D So how about we gather some ideas for the holiday? ;)

In the past few years around Christmas we kinda "paused" the monthly suggestions, and we came up with the Christmas ideas. Also, there were some messing around with the winners too (like the November winner wasn't finished until January and things like that...). Anyway...

And here it is, another record quickly done vote winner! :D Just like with Gloria, I did not see necessary to work two days on this picture, because it has no background, and has a pretty simple pose. I can be afraid drawing full white characters, because I'm not always confident how to shade them, and make them not look drab. But it was fun drawing some delicious pancakes (or crepes, as others would say) :3

Look at that angry fat turtle boy! He's angry 'cos he has to eat vegetables, and he's afraid of losing weight :D

And I don't know why, but I had a hard time making some shadows (especially Tristan's hair). Strong light can distort colors, so I had to shade him on a different layer XP

Remember when last week I said that I'll take a few days off, so there won't be a new Tree of Life page this week, but everything else will go as always? Well looks like I was wrong... Because I'm having a pretty serious migraine for like four days straight. My stomach is spinning, and both my head and my eyes hurt like hell. No Tree of Life page this week

So this delay isn't anything sudden or unexpected. I'll be taking a few days off this week to recharge a bit.
