Guard Post - Hollow Knight Fanart

This picture was made for an art contest of a game convention. The theme was simply video games, so I took the opportunity to make another Hollow Knight fanart :D I only had a few days to make my entry, and I decided to make a picture about a bit redesigned Ghost, and my own bug warrior character. Sadly, my picture couldn't make it into the top 3, but I'm still pretty happy how it turned out, and I hope you like it too :)

"Look Flash, a new friend!"

So this one started as a simple outfit design for Evie, and adding Flash and the snail was just a silly quick idea, but I liked it so much that I left it like that :D And then I wanted to add a little speech buble for Flash like "Master, drown her quickly" or "Mother, why have you abandoned me..." or something like that, to show how jealous Flash is :D I just scraped the idea, and went with this clear picture instead, because I think it looks really cute :) 2019-06-04 09:00:52 +0000 UTC View Post

"Owl Shaman"

And here it is guys, the the winner of the last sketch vote :) I'll be honest, you surprised me a bit with this one. Not in a bad way of course :D I can't wait to start working on this one, because I really love the whole atmosphere of this picture. It pretty melancholic compared to the previous one. And just like the previous winner, I'm going to concentrate more on the colors rather than the details.

"Forge Warrior"

I really like blacksmiths/huge hammers, so I tried to makea warrior like that :) The suggestion was about a "furry" dragon, and I liked the idea of a hairy dragon :D Maybe I spent too much time drawing and coloring this one, but I just couldn't help it :D

Mesoamerican Toucan Designs

Toucans are one of my favorites species, I find them really unique ^^ All of these designs are only considered as a mean of brainstormings, I just really had to put in shape my ideas that were floating around in my head for quite a while now. Even I don’t know (yet) what to do with these characters, but I’m glad just having them around. You never know when you’ll need a crowd or side characters in your stories ^^ And by the way, it’s been a while since I uploaded any character designs...
