"Wild Ride"

So here is the second Christmas sketch, and this one is with Estella and Evie. Last year they got a peaceful, nice and calm picture, where they were sitting in a cosy room, drinking coffee and cocoa, but this year I wanted something "wild" with them :] In real life I would be pretty terrified of a sledge rides like this, but in drawing I love them :D

Just Being Cute - October Vote Winner

This is it guys, the finished version of this month's vote winner :)

Maybe this is the very first time I tried a very scaly character, detailing the scales as much as I could. And I tried to make the shadows as cell shaded as possible. I'm really happy with the outcome :) A lot of you guys wanted a nice, solo picture with Zaphira, and I'm glad I could make one :)

So this picture/setting was suggested by quite a few of you guys in the past few months. I really loved the idea, and finally I could come up with the actual picture itself :) So this sketch is dedicated to a lot of you guys, because there were so many small ideas and detailes you wanted to see, I kinda pieced together this picture from a few of your suggestions.

I hope you still like it after all this time, because first it was showering, then jacuzzi and swimming ...

Observing Purple Clouds

Another practice picture about drawing colorful clouds. The sharp difference between the color of the sky and the clouds is the main reason I like this piece.

Observing Yellow Clouds

I really would like to learn drawing clouds, and this picture is an attempt for that. I still don’t know what is the best and easiest way for me. I tried to use different brushes, and I tried  drawing them in a cartoonish way as well. So far I've come to the conclusion that it depends on the situation, wich one works the best. When I draw it in a catoonish way, I feel the result is closer to my taste, but sadly it’s really time consuming (for now, at least). So it seems it won’t be be...
