This was an interesting honorary Zodiac Dragon. I got to design it from the ground up with just a few things to keep in mind like the feathers I had and gold flakes on the scales. The first color progress is very dark compared to the final!

Here is a glimpse into the coloring of this monster picture. It's done now and sent to the printer but this one was really hard to do because of so many dragons! I started off with the blue colors in the background and worked out from there. Something simple!
Also new mask designs coming soon! I'm still working out the designs and am almost done!

So I am getting back into Zbrush work at least for posing characters. Hopefully I can make better ones later on and 3D print sculptures out of it. This model took a beating with the character pose I was trying to figure out. I went back and forth with sketches and modeling a lot. I hope this would help me determine the finished product later on and maybe even learn the shadows involved.

Rare glimpse of pin designs I have been cooking up. I'm planning to do a little something special with these later on. Each dragon is in it's own diamond-like frame (Which is faint in the sketches). I'm currently in the inking process of them and it's taking a bit of time.
