New way of making mold boxes! I'm enjoying this way. Soon we will have new dragon models to color up! I wonder what colors you would want for the eastern dragon and new bonsai dragon?

Finishing up Lucky Dragon 2.0. This one is way better and will be able to use this one for cute comic whelps. The eastern Dragon model should be moving along next as well as a new Bonsai Dragon. I've yet to start that one but I would like to give it a shot the coming week.

Idea sketch for another little dragon I could make into a figure. This one ill have to find a way to sculpt better scales for in blender.

Finally getting around that learning curve that's been weighing on me. Lucky Dragon model is in a proper retopology and I know how to make objects now. Implemented my first one in the comic :)
Hope to have a final rigged model of Lucky later.... whelp animations!

More plushies! These little guys are currently being made! Minty Dragon and Flamey Dragon! They are just a smidge small than Lucky Dragon and larger than a Dragon Fruitling! Medium sized little guys to love. They just went into production and it will be another month or two or so at least before I know when they will arrive. :)

So I haven't gotten to work on my comic in a bit but I have a solution for future things to do with comics and more. I'm starting to learn blender on the side and am neck deep into tutorials and manuals with it. In the end I want to end up with rigged characters to move around. I know this seems like a daunting task to start, but I am making progress and going to jump into the mesh stage soon so progress on this.

New Year of The Lucky Dragon artwork is out as well as a new costume update! We are trying rubber foot bottoms as well as rubber claws! So far so good! I have to get special glue for this to be able to glue it all together with the fur but they work like a charm!

i've finally decided to try and stop using duct tape dummies and get out of the messy way of cloth-costume making. Been learning blender a little bit and trying to make a digitized pattern for a body suit. It's VERY promising right now as I finally got the export to work and am labeling the pieces to print out. In the midst of all the stuff I need to do, I am finally winding down to getting it done. I decided to take my time with the sculptures and get them done right, it has taken me a little longer than I thought. But I want them to be perfect.

I will be officially sanding them down this week and getting them ready for priming and painting. I hope to do it for the streaming weekend but we can only hope I can work fast enough in the heat outside first.
It was already a challenge to take all the supports off of them, but we made it this far!

An update on these beauties! They all have finally finished printing!
After Anthrocon I will be steadily taking them off the supports and sanding them.
Once that is done, i'll prime, paint, and seal them! And definitely try to get a few painting streams in! :)
