hello, all, I have to apologize for my absence lately, my new job is going well but I'm still adjusting to it and to be completely honest, the winter always takes a toll on me

it's been a long, difficult, year, but as I always say in these posts, your help has done so much for me, no matter how small the contribution, and I probably wouldn't be where I am right now (warm and housed) if it wasn't for your contributions

anyway, with all that out of the way, I've got a few new goodie...

Haunted AMV WIP

been taking a break from the other video to work on this,  I have a much more enjoyable workflow going on with this one since I opted for a messier style and it's been fun making so much progress so quickly

it's not going as fast as it could potentially go thanks to life problems, but the work isn't strenuous, which makes it a lot more enjoyable to pick away at in between the hell & suffering

also planning on adding some more scenes to the beginning, I've started a habit ...

Dropping The ball / Happy November!

hey y'all, I dunno how many of you noticed, but I didn't post anything in October! every month I make my best effort to put out something, even if it's small, so I've definitely dissapointed myself this month, that said I've brought some goodies for November, animation, a new page and doodles and such

as far as life goes, things are looking pretty promising now! I've reached a point where I think I may be able to escape homelessness for a very long time and I'm beyond relieved to finall...

I recently downloaded a compositor for my Ipad so progress will definitely speed up once I actually have time to complete everything, not sure when that will be but hopefully soon :

and now a special treat! I've been making a few of these loops lately as a way to practice timing and compositing! they don't take very long and they're a lot of fun to do! so I'm hoping I can do these somewhat regularly and share any tips I learn along the way!

Silly September

yooo, sorry for the delay this week, usually try to get everything together by the first Sunday of the month but I suffered from 3 days of absolutely miserable insomnia and ended up passing out for a bit

I was recently hired to do some work for an upcoming podcast, with full freedom as far as character design and artstyle goes, the people I'm working with have been nothing but patient and I'm very excited to see where things go

August already huh?

quite the month, July was.

I started a bunch of new projects, I'm living entirely off commissions (and Patreon bas well) and somehow I'm still finding time for the comic (thankfully)

can't say I've followed through on every goal I've set, my living circumstance still aren't great and it gets hard to peel myself out of bed each day, and the heat is NOT helping, but I'm proud of myself so far and I'm excited to see where I'll go

Lighting tutorial: a sneak peek

Like I said in todays update post, I’m changing how I work on tutorials in order to be more efficient

instead of trying and failing to make one every month, I’ll be working on them slowly over the course of three months in between everything else I’m doing, this way I can provide them more often without feeling pressured to crunch

anyway, next one I’m working on will deal with light, there will be a LOT to cover so I’m setting a release date for September, hope you guys ...
