Running over Adam by accident was a godsend for Cameron, because, even though the boy blackmailed him for a ride, Adam ended up turning Cameron's boring and predictable life upside down, made up of roads he never traveled, parts of himself never experienced and a life he had only half lived until now.

Commission - Fire

A description of her by her creator:

"Fire is a creature born in a hostile world. She may look like a dragon and may be called one by humans, but she's a "false" dragon, because "real" ones in her world only have two legs like wyverns. She is of a completely different species, pretty aggressive and territorial, moreover the Alpha type, which she belongs to, having three fingers and not two on her wings.

Leonardo "Leo" Rush is a man in his forties.
He's the real backbone of the Mobile police force. He is sweet, easygoing and a great support for the team. He loves Chinese food and animals.
He works closely with his boss, Carmela Diaz, with he is madly in love. 

Commission - Sally Slater

Sally is known also in many different names: Tightrope Walker, Tightrope Girl, Ally Gal and Daisy de la Cruz.
She is a portrait's character of the Disneyland's Haunted Mansion.
The room stretches, as her portrait, to reveal she is standing on a tightrope above an alligator, about to meet her demise.
This is why the client want Captain Hook fight Tick Tock the alligator, to defend her!

The classic worker who loves his job but after working hours wants to go home and forget about it. He has a real obsession with order that often infuriates his colleagues.
He is 35 yo, with a good-natured look and a big problem: the rowdy colleague Delilah, who often and willingly drags him far beyond his duty to solve absurd cases. 

Commission - Qilar and Relmok

Another commission of a couple of D&D characters.
Qilar and Relmok have a conflicted relationship, because Qilar thinks Relmok is uncivilized and Relmok thinks Qilar is too full of himself.
They are attracted to each other however!

Character design of: Gazpacho Burning - James Delilah

A fierce Mobile policeman, who just turned over 40 yo.
In his youth he was a champion of various disciplines including triathlon, high jump and football. Delilah threw himself headlong into work and he behaves in an absurd and almost ridiculous way, to hide from the world the pain that tears him often and willingly.

Aaron, 10 yo and last son of Edmond.
He's thoughtful and definitely smarter than his father. He's shy but he freakin' love dinosaurs and Wenonah, who he thinks as his "adoptive grandma".
Living with the Bell's family he finally feels right at home.

A 57 yo man, with three broken marriages and the alimony for his three children.
He's living on her sister shoulders, Harriet, with his last son, Aaron, whose mother just dumped him.
He thinks to be a stand-up comedy genius, but he's the only one who thinks so; in the meanwhile he was recently fired from StarDonuts, as he says, because of "contractual failures".

Wenonah "Winny" Bell, 15 yo.
The only daughter of Paul and Harriet. A sulky, turbulent and silent teenager, who dreams to live in a big city like NY but also loves horses and the outdoors as her dad.

Harriet Morgan, ladies and gentlemen.
She's 52 yo, wife of Paul Bell and mother of Winny. She's a proud Morgan family member from Mobile (USA)... yup, THAT Morgan family. She's not angry at you (maybe), she just inherited the hard look from her grandmother.

Today I'll start showing you all the character design studies about this new comic project I'm working on with Edith Gulmini (the writer).

Starting with the main character, Wenonah Miller.
An 84 yo grumpy native american lady, but she was, and still is, an absent mother (and grandmother). 

A little secret behind: I'm here.

I want to show only to you, my dear Patrons, the sketch phase and also a previous version which I choose to not pursue at the end for this illustration.
It was sadder in my opinion, but I wanted to spread a little more hope, even if I'm not really feeling like this. Maybe it'll help me feeling better, and I hope you too.
