Well, let's start the week with some color! Red it is with Anna Moon in the studio during one of our workshops!

Tropical vibes

Well here is one from the shoot with Bieke in the studio! It was a bit of searching in the beginning to get the light and set the way we wanted but once we had it, well this magic came out of it! 

Lit with just 1 light on camera right, can you guess which light we have used?

Ruby

This one is special! It's not easy to pose like this but ooh boy did she do a good job. The only problem with these kind of images is the light and the environment. There were two softboxes and strobes used. Camera left stripbox with grid, camera right deep octa with grid. The only problem become the fact that they are in the frame so they have to be retouched out of the frame.

Black & White

Well, time for some black & white! This is created with Grace during our last workshop in the studio. 

MiniBieke

Well, the entire series already up and running here with Bieke. 

Lighting is pretty simple, just one deep octa and that's it. Now for the paint on the background that's is a picture taken from the floor paint and just put on overlay on top of the image.

Blend mode used was multiply to make everything darker and then we used the automatic select subject function to make sure that she was masked out easily and yes photoshop did a good job on that automatically. 

Mini Bieke

Time for some mini mouse with Bieke. Created this shot with black paint in the Studio. The light setup is pretty simple one deep octa and grid and the paint you see on the background is done in post production! Curious about the before image, do let me know below! 

Major Series - Grace in NL

This series was created during a day in the art of you studios in the Netherlands! Grace was our model for the afternoon and we just rocked it! These images are a combination of daylight and strobe or better said ,just using the modelling light from the strobe as a fil light. Love how the warm toning makes this series just a cosy, warm series, what do you think? 

Evelyn

Yes, let's start the week with some black & whites! One from the series we did with Evelyn in de studio! Mirrors are fun to work with but not easy since you have to watch out for your own reflection in it! This was lit with a stripbox and grid from behind the mirror

Lana

I've got a workshops scheduled next week Thursday with the Dutch Lana but unfortunately these images can not be posted anywhere because it would break there vibe. There for Patreon is the place to go! Enjoy

Lighting wise we are talking again about the deep octa with grid, very important the grid part since that bundles the light a lot so that it only hits Lana on the places I want it to hit her. 

Let it shine

Playing around with some liquid latex and gold glitter makes it look super cool on this inked model but the cleanup afterwards is always a mess when we are talking about glitter.

The lighting in these images is done with the Deep octa 100cm with grid attached to it.

Well, hello Monday! This one is created with Yenna last week, love how it turned out because with lolly's it's always tricky to not make it to tacky or trashy

Well this is one that was pretty intense to create! Created with the Sigma 105mm macro lens on the Nikon D850 - Light was done with the westcott optical spot with nothing in front of it. Just hard light to create those lovely hard lines

Well this turned out pretty lovely with Elise in the Studio! Love how the chains just catch that little hint of light on them!

Well this series came to existence in a very chill way, she had an outfit, I had some glasses and well that's it! 

Lighting in these images is done with the deep octa 100cm and grid, just one inner bevel not the outer bevel attached!

This one is a combination of black latex with gold glitter, all fun for images but the cleanup was less fun ;)
