Anyway, meet Dokurigus! Rock/Ghost Yamask variant evo. The idea is that it's a stack of bricks colored like the Pokedoku logo, with some Pokemon designs painted over to create its own little puzzle!

Member Mons #1: For Elijah!

Last week I asked for Patreon members to submit Fakemon of theirs that they'd like me to draw, so here we are! First up is this fox idol design that you may remember, for Elijah! Hope you like!! I've been having a lot of fun messing with the color schemes with these, I'm really happy with the teal and lavender combination here.

Guacodile

An older design that I've been meaning to share here for a while. The Grass/Dragon type, Guacodile! It's for a collab Mexico region project that's been kinda been on break since everyone has been too busy lol

It also has 2 pre-evolutions plus a little tomato plover friend sitting on its nose (Plomato!), which were designed by VCreateArt and the_aussie_artist! Not sure if they've posted them anywhere yet though!

Ultraviolet Starters

So I really liked the art style I did last time and decided to do some more! I wanted to do a couple more official designs plus some of my own, so the starter trio makes for the perfect choice! It's quite a while since I've drawn them so I had to re-familiarize myself with the designs lmao

F-00

Something a little different this time! I don't get to do non-Sugimori styled illustrative stuff very often so I took the opportunity to try out a different art style than usual. Its F-00, the Pokestar Studios robot, for a big Unova art collab! One of my favorite obscure designs from the franchise, I really hope it can be promoted to being an actual Pokemon one day.

(Also planning on including it in Yorica since its a California region with a Hollywood area lol)

Prof. Alga [WIP]

Just realized this might be the first character design I've actually posted here? Always had the idea in the back of my mind but never got around to it til now I guess! Anyway, one of the further-off goals I had for Ultraviolet is human characters! This would probably come toward the end once the dex is complete, but I am starting to think about them.

UB Polyp

The first UB of the Ultra Deep Sea and the pre-evolution to Nihilego, it's Devoyid!! I figured giving each of the canon UBs (except Poipole sorry) a pre-evolution would be a neat expansion on their designs, so I'm happy to finally present the first!

Spent the day doing a little brainstorming and writing! Finally continuing to prepare the Ultra Deep Sea section of the dex, starting with a basic intro to the location!

I don't think I've ever finished a design this quickly lol, took one day to design and one day to finish the render!! Love this for me... Probably going to post this one early than usual on Twitter, need to catch the post-Worlds hype lol
Anyway, it's Ghost/Fire, possible with some ability that's like Pixilate for the Fire type? Idk lol I'm no game designer

Mega Misgmagius [WIP]

In the mood to design some Mega Evos again! And hopefully to catch hype wave of whatever PLZA news we may or may not be getting at Worlds....

The origin of this design was pretty much just me thinking "dang I like Misdreavus way more than Mismagius, let's put the flowing hair back." Added some fiery colors in there to for a loose Salem witch trials theme too!

Yorica Layout Sneek Peak!

Slowly getting ready to unveil this region project! Worked on this layout design for the past few days and wanted to test it out. If you've been following my art for a while, you probably know I love me a themed layout, and there was no way I wasn't gonna do one here too. The idea this time is a messy scrapbook filled with stickers, cutouts, and other decorations! Took heavy inspiration from Splatoon 3's menu graphics because I love the chaotic and colorful mess

It's going to have a Bug/Water Karrablast counterpart, but the idea is that they've adapted to different environments and no longer live in the same areas - so they get new "natural" evolutions!

Commission sketches for sfhrender! First guy is an evo the previously-designed fella in the middle, a somewhat kaiju-ish oil spill blob. Second guy started as an alternate take on the first guy, but we decided to recycle it into a big wave monster.

Barreleye Fish UB [WIP]

Currently at a roadblock with Ultraviolet, cannot figure this design out for the life of me LOL
I think I'm close though, the idea is a barreleye fish themed after brains!

An idea I thought was interesting is that the human forebrain has contralateral organization, which means that the left hemisphere controls the right side of the body, and the right hemisphere controls the left side of the body. I'm thinking this would make a cool visual where both halves of the UB are color coded ...

Wurmple Variant Line [WIP]

Random idea I had a while back, not sure if I'll use them for anything but they were fun to do either way! Woolly bear caterpillar Wurmple that becomes a Bug/Fire dragontail butterfly Beautifly or a Bug/Ice snowflake Dustox! I didn't bother doing a Silcoon and Cascoon to go with them but maybe if I decide to finish these fellas up later.

Yorica: Marmoth [WIP]

I'd like to introduce the stupidest and therefore the best idea I've ever had!! So I saw this pic of the mammoth cube and thought "wait this could make for a really silly design," and here we are. Marmoth, a Rock type marble block mammoth!! I'm imagining it'll be a single stage and the ace of a sculptor gym leader. Might design them soon...

Yorica: Unnamed Peacock [WIP]

Grass-types based on peacocks and succulents! I imagine them as version-exclusive counterparts to the roadrunners, as they're both mainly land-dwelling desert birds. We couldn't figure out names for them so we're open for suggestions if anyone has any...

Yorica: Thundrunner [WIP]

Electric roadrunners! Thundrunner (Electric) was a really fun design to do, the main idea was the jagged, lightning-shaped legs. The pre-evo was designed by Fimbo and has this silly energy I really like!

One of the Eeveelutions planned for Yorica, Crypteon (Ghost)! Went for a lanky (almost borzoi-ish) and cloaked look to give it some spooky energy

UV-808 Ferric and UB Fluid [WIP]

Meltan & Melmagnic - Steel/Dark
A Meltan Ultra Variant from the Ultra Plant, based on ferrofluid! These are actually pretty old designs, I plan to update Melmagnic at some point. Originally I had the idea of using the metal pieces and black spikes from the ferrofluid to give it an almost punk look, though I don't think that came across in this design. Next time!

UB Voyager [WIP]

UB Voyager (Yondergrade) - Fire/Flyingl

This one's from the Ultra Crater, though I imagine you can also find them roaming the Ultra Wormhole and other worlds too because they have a nomadic lifestyle! Based on tardigrades (aka water bears), astronaut suits, and pandas! They melt down dead Celesteela and Bamboom into fuel for themselves lol, that's why I chose pandas
