Ultraman USA now gets a fastrom upgrade! This was a tricky one as technically the fastrom bit was enabled in this game, so we actually skipped over it for the slowrom list.
Upon further investigation, the game ran completely in slowrom banks. This is now fixed, and is fully fastrom!

This is understandable, and nobody should bother him over this!

Holy Umbrella - a very long, fun game that really need the fastrom treatment.
Patch works on both japanese and english translation, but use the additional patch after patching the english translation if you are using that.
