Adult Baby Claire Dress

I've received a few requests for me to release this mod so here it is.

It's not finished yet and still has a few clipping issues but I think it still looks really cute and suits Claire a lot. I will slowly be working on this as I want to add a matching bonnet and booties before the end of the year.
