Happy October! First this month, I'll be releasing this home, inspired from Hocus Pocus.  

Second, a Montauk inspired Halloween themed complex with a coffee shop, book store, baby stork shop, a restaurant, Kate Spade and much more!

Thirdly, will be a larger black and white modern home decorated for the haunted holiday!

Modern Desert Elements

This build is very near and dear to me. It is inspired by an AirBnB home, but with my own twist.

Lots of Mid Century Modern influence throughout along with a tropical/desert oasis feel. I wanted the main rooms to circle the pool. La Ostra Negra : The Black Oyster 30x40

This is a multi themed restaurant that I built in the Salvadora Jungle. It is designed after The Oyster Box, a luxury hotel located in Africa with four dining areas for your different moods. This modern day masterpiece in Santa Lucia, created by Feldman Architecture and featrured in Netflix's Malcolm and Marie, staring John David Washington and Zendaya. It infuses modern with farmhouse while implementing sustainable elements from the surrounding hills.
