That's right, D&W's coming back and you guys are getting your update early :) Still working out the new schedule, so we'll see how much of a delay I'll have between patreon and public updates, but i'm thinking a week.
Oh and since that billboard came out a bit tinier than I was hoping...here's a full version:

It begins. Slowly thumbnailing the current chapter - it doesn't look like much, but it's probably the most painful part of the process. Figured the rest of the chapter will be much easier if we figure out all the script issues early on, as opposed to the week before the page is due, like we usually do.

Without spoiling too much, all I'm gonna say is that all of them are from the US side of our cast and at least one of them is gonna be a pretty key character to the plot!
So, we've got Troy Huynh, who could probably earn herself a separate post one day just from all the rejected design options I did of her (if I find them, anyway...)

So here's an early preview for our upcoming chapter cover! Kind of wanted to up my game a bit and get back into painting with this, though, in retrospect, I should've probably made it trippier and less over-rendered. Polished art really isn't my strong side, but it's good to try.
And here's some early drafts. I was gonna go with the left one, but everyone I showed these to went with the right, much to my annoyance (full figures take a lot more work and that angle was a mass...

Hi, D&W Patrons! Io here. When we polled fans on Twitter a couple of days back, the overwhelming majority said that they wanted to see the original script for the comic as a Patreon reward. (Well, OK, everybody voted "yes" except me.) Instead of just doing a straight-up text dump, though, I thought it'd be more interesting to look at the script a couple of pages at a time and give some behind-the-scenes commentary on how everything came together.







So happy I finally get to post our first reward - I drew this shortly after Io Black wrote up a wirepedia article on obtaining modification licence...
