In GTA 5 you can modify or add water. I did a lot of testing before changing some existing portions of water, then starting to add new portions and starting to test the various parameters applicable to water in GTA 5.

A new garage for Franklin on the roof of his villa.
In the garage there are 20 vehicles and 2 helicopters.
The entrance is in the usually garage of the villa.
You can store 10 Vehicles and have your Vehicle delivered to you simply by pressing F5!

A new lake in front of Franklin home.
Initially wanted to be a pool, but it was very big, it has become a lake.
Usually test to see if you can do and how far the water you can handle.

New garage for Michael's house.
Similar to the previous, but with new updates allowed by the new map editor.
Also it was always unpleasant, the entry from behind. Now you are accessed directly from the driveway of Michael's house.
It happens to scream: AMANDA, STOP LEAVE YOUR CAR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DRIVEWAY!
To this I can do nothing.

My second underwater house.
More in depth, more bigger, more higher, more detailed, and with an underwater entrance for the submarine.
For now I had an apartment, but it could be anything. So I did a complete file, a file with only the interior, a file with an empty structure.
Perhaps in the future I'll do something else. I would leave the structure open-source, if you want to put in something else and sharing go ahead, possibly with credits.

You know, when you need a place to be alone, to think, to make important decisions. An isolated place away from everything.
Franklin is there to get away from the world.
Michael to relax watching the whales pass by the window.
Trevor comes on stormy nights, Naked (Trevor has big problems).
I saw a place like a tower into the sea about a year ago near Venice, and I liked the atmosphere. So I decided to replicate it.
