'That Time of the Celestial Rotation' is my first proper finished comic but it was really just a way for me to experiment and explore a style and workflow for future comics.

A wee catch up

Hi everyone, hope you're all doing ok! I'm sorry for being away for so long without mention. 

I think I briefly talked about it in a previous post that I was suffering with some unknown health issues and due to covid shutting everything down I was having trouble being seen by a GP and getting hospital appointments. 

Unfortunately I didn't manage to get any help until I suddenly had to be admitted to hospital in critical condition after developing sepsis due to my untreat...

Apologies for being quiet recently. My health took a nosedive over the past couple of months and between hospital visits and feeling too unwell to even get out of bed I haven't really been able to work on finishing pieces as much. I started a new course of medication a few days ago which I think is working so hopefully I can get back into a rhythm soon.

I have been able to occasionally doodle stuff on my scuffed laptop so I'll just unapologetically dump some random crap of dubious quali...

Third place place in the poll was "POV Preggo." It was only supposed to be a sketch but I thought I'd take the opportunity to try out a different method of colouring than my usual way!

I'm really diggin making the animated panels. They might not be anything super impressive but I think they add a bit of life and help get across the movements and actions that a static image might have trouble properly conveying. Hope you guys like them too!

I'll be honest, I didn't expect this one to actually win! I had intended for this poll to be a way to try some new ideas and a get bit of variety but I guess you guys just really like Pepper and Molly huh? :D 

Anyway I've decided I'll be making this as a sort of "What If?" short epilogue but I'd really like to do it onc...
