I’ve been so used to being alone it’s weird to thing I’m surrounded by friends now- in person and online w u guys.

It’s a lil hard bc I’m so used to the isolation that I forget all I have to do is ask people for help when I’m hurting and they’ll be there but out of habit I tend to take all the pain on myself as to not burden anyone hmmm

I’ve been trying to reset my schedule to a new one lately- boy it’s been difficult. Planning on going to bed early early tn and turning off my phone- we’ll see if it helps.

Been trying different hairstyles lately, not sure how I feel abt them bc I’ve always gravitated towards classic curtain bangs hairstyle since it frames my face well.

Most hairstyles like this I feel my forehead is too big or my more masculine square jawline is more noticeable and I don’t really like it.

Okay here’s the thing,

I follow hella health and fitness influencer ppl and recently decided to try out some of the things I’ve seen them reccomend.

Here’s their ratings:

TruFru 13/10 hits DIFFERENT and hella low calorie very few ingredients very healthy. I also don’t have to eat a whole lot to be satisfied :)

Whole Foods juice -3/10 no… just no

Lil update:

Ya girl has been SHLAMMED this week.

Cuz I wake up at 5:30am to workout before work and since I’m carpooling w Alex who is a much higher position he stays a bit later and I leave by 5:40-6 pm and then almost every day this week we’ve had errands or events or something after work to go to then get home by 8-9pm shower eat lay out stuff for tmmrw and do it again

But it should get most definitely less work and less stressful by the next couple weeks if not next week. T...
