Steorra - Part 2

Hey everyone! Hopefully most of you have seen the finished paint job already and maybe even backed the kickstarter!

Main things to take away from this video for me are:

- Purple needs white underneath to make it really rich.

- Adding environmental lights I find easier after resolving everything.

I hope you enjoy it, I’ll be painting the duel on foot tomorrow. I’ll paint Steorra in a different scheme though. Maybe I’ll get it right first time on second attempt?...

Wood Elf Healer Part 4 - Afterthoughts

Frost blades & Snow basing

Hi all,

Perhaps a little early, but the mince pies are in the supermarkets!

I wanted to do another Technique Toolbox video as I've been enjoying creating them, and felt that this Ice Bear from Warcrow was an ideal candidate for some winter themed techniques. I'm really really pleased with how the frostblade came out in particular. It was nice to apply some theory from other videos I've done and have it work out so well.

Healing Hart

Didn’t really get a chance to take my time on photos, but here is the finished piece!! I’m really happy with what I achieved in the time. As always things to improve, but I think I managed to pull off my idea. As always thanks for your continued support, I hope you enjoyed the journey. Travelling to Germany seeing all the fallen leaves matching the piece just feels right.
