Story: Anime-con is having a cosplay contest. Winner receives trip, all expenses paid, for two people.
Shortstack's dad works in an underground secret lab, where she smuggled a shrink serum and the antidote from. These two played a game, loser would have to shrink and wear a anime fairy character costume for the photos to submit to the contest.
