DREAMCATCHER Utopia Concert pt1

Now, I wanted to check this out because a description of live rearranged songs and a full band and live vocals is EXACTLY what I enjoy and they definitely delivered in that aspect.

On the OTHER hand though, WHERE THE HELL was the energy man?! This is a perfect example of what I've had issues with in regards to other Kpop groups not knowing how to perform songs when there's no choreo involved.

I discuss this in detail in the reaction but this album just feels very SAFE which is a shame because their previous mini was SO impressive. I would LOVE for them to explore different chorus structures and not lean on the usual formula that's common in this genre of music.

They most definitely have it in them cos look at HOW they reimagined love me right like COME ON!!

WOAH!!

Little girl can SING man, I am thoroughly impressed at how intentional she is with her singing!

She's probably in my top 10 on Mujin services. The fact she can BELT too really excited me, I thought she'd lean on her head voice more but nope she has a well connected instrument that she understands VERY WELL.

Looking forward to her growth as a singer!

DOYOUNG 'Youth' Album Review!

WHAT an impressive debut!!

The production and the range in vocal delivery he showcases here it's SUPER impressive. I definitely ate my words from what I said in his mujin service.

He managed to make every song stand on its own and super interesting indvidually. I'm sooo glad he got Mark to sing on that song, I'm sure Ceecee will be very pleased.

I really enjoyed this album, even the slow songs lol.

TXT Recordings EP 33 & 34

Huening-Kai SHINED once again. It's amazing how technically proficient he is but also Beomgyu had moments where he shined but then Taehyun does some really magical things, like that ad lib section was FANTASTIC!

It's crazy hearing them manage to squeeze out the right end product but not in the most efficient ways which is a bit frustrating because the potential is SOO UNLOCKED but I do enjoy watching them sing.

I am SOOO glad I did both mini's because the growth between both projects was PERFECT and I'm glad I voiced my critiques from the first album because the second mini improved on all that and gives them their own lane with a STRONG title track also.

The setlist, band, live vocals, EVERYTHING. I LOVED seeing Yunho unleash his energy at certain moments because he's usually my sexy conservative king but he's like NAH don't sleep on me.

Everyone brought their A game and looked AMAZING. Yes it's a shame the camera work was doodoo but you know what it improved throughout at least.

Sonically this is truly up my street, of course it does sound like 2018 but the quality is still there. The vocals were NOT disappointing at all and I'm love with the member whose name I don't know lol.
