I threw on a last minute Halloween costume and went door-to-door. CT (reluctantly) agreed to join me. We had so much fun. And other adults in my community were delighted we stopped by. 🥳 The dinosaur in one photo is someone’s husband. 😄

Halloween Costume parties

On Sat. CT and I went to 2 costume parties. 

First one was Jay Phillips‘ bday party. Jay was in the movie Semi-Pro and he writes for the sitcom The Neighborhood. Older crowd, nice house, catered food. Chill vibe.

Scond party was Jamie Riley’s going away party. Younger, influencer crowd, apartment, dancing vibe.

CT’s speech at Comic Awards Show

CT was asked to present Bentley Kyle Evans with an award at the 10th Annual Celebrity Comic Awards Tribute. Bentley was the EP of Martin, The Jamie Foxx Show, Love That Girl, Family Time, In the Cut, and many other projects. CT was nervous beforehand but he gave the perfect speech! I’m super proud of him.

50 Cent brought out hella surprise guests on his show. Recognize any of these artists? Also see the moment he got mad about the mic right right before he threw it.

50 Cent hasn't made an album in the longest, but he’s celebrating the 20th anniversary of his Get Rich or Die Tryin album. He managed to sell out his shows, even while Beyonce is on tour at the same time.

The LA show went from 7:10pm to 11:40pm. CT, BT, comedienne Courtney, & I had a blast!

I’m not gone lie, this strike has me frustrated, tired, and behind on my other tasks. I realize my posts in here were light for August. I try to at least do 1 post per week / 4 per month. So to make up for it, I will give you 8 posts in September. Starting with this one.

Here is an inside look at the self-tape audition I submitted for The Michael Blackson Show. I gave them 2 different versions; One natural, one big and urban. BT Kingsley is the audition reader in the background. He encouraged me to go big! And I booked it.
