Its time to have another update about projects in the works and what's next for this month (or next)!

Overall, last month was WIP heavy and I think this month I should finish some work to completion. This does not mean no more WIPs, of course! Just more finished work, like pin-ups/illustration, animation, etc.
I wasn't able to accomplish a few things from my To-Do list from June, but I did managed to finish the 55 page Mermaid story (that I posted on twitter and Mega). Which I'm pretty proud about!...

Here are the character wips and profiles I created for the story. (These are a bit old, but I've planning them for some time now! 😅)
Two of the "villains" are based on characters that appeared in the official Super Manga. Only one was given a name and immediately died on the same page. 😆 The bug creature, however, I created from scratch but got inspiration from another Toriyama DQ design and a random artist's.

Well, I'm a little anxious about this one, but I think it's time I reveal my little side fan project, DB RED (sfw).
Before I jump into it, I'd like to explain that this is a comic that was already written, thumbed, sketched and about half-way finished months ago! So it'll not interfere with my current ongoing projects here on patreon. The best way to think about it, is like filler! (Enjoyable filler I hope 😅)

Since Dragon Swap is a new comic story, I'm going to give myself a little break before working on it immediately. Until I start it, I'll be posting wips, illustrations, (and maybe some short animated loops) in the meantime.

(Last set of wips!) Some still images of the coloring process! Next step is adding lighting and a such in After Effects!
Even though the animation is not very long (in fact it's about 35-45 seconds ish?) I took this as an opportunity to learn new things! It will come in handy later for future animated loops and projects for sure! 😄
