It's so tempting to go crazy with the colors! Since I'm trying to experiment with "Manga style" like coloring, I have to keep reminding myself to keep it simple, it'll go by much quicker that way! XD
Don't ask why King Vegeta (and Bardock) are alive. I guess this could be an AU were they're not dead.... or my favorite, they were revived so the entire family can be be together, haha!

Just so I don't break any hearts, I better make sure you guys know ahead of time that the outfit is just a gag and a throwback to a very familiar one ;) She won't be wearing it in the scenes to come.
I'm thinking of creating a bonus gallery or mini with Videl wearing it though, so the outfit won't go to waste.

It begins! Like I mentioned a while back, I'll be keeping the colors very basic for this comic. I was inspired by the DB color manga and the original Japanese covers, thus the red colored background.

I wanted to let everyone know, new and old patrons, that I've enabled the "Charge Up Front" payment method to my patreon page.
What does this mean?
Charge up front is an option for monthly creators that allows them to charge new patrons immediately upon pledging.
Why did I do it? What are the benefits?
Charging up front is just more ideal. Because new patrons will be charged immediately, it'll help get payments come in ...

Just wanted to make a post to let everyone know that all the pages for "Summer Paradise: King of the Isle" are fully sketched! Took about a week to sketch 18 pages (I also added a 19th page, but it's just the afterword).
Kinda cheating a bit by leaving the sketches really loose in most parts. But honestly, all the real work goes into the inks.
I'm really happy with the comic so far and I should be able to start posting the completed pages soon! :D
