I am here in Phoenix with my RV now. My mom lives 20 minutes from where I am camped and I have been visiting her as often as I can. I don't want her to feel as if she needs to entertain me or be chipper when I visit, though her nature is in entertaining and taking care of her guests. Oh the texture of this place is so stunning... I've really tried my hardest to improve my work during this stay in South Utah. I have been looking for more inspiration on Pinterest to massage new ideas into my mind... I have been experimenting with different lenses, different angles, different poses... This photo series is a preview for a much closer up HD video that will be coming soon to anyone pledging $50 and higher :) I hiked the steepest, scariest hike ever to get to this spot!! These crazy ridges below me down the cliff are actually 150 million year old piles of volcanic ash! Pretty cool huh?? I love Utah!!

I hiked to a beautiful secluded location past a slot canyon and found this super unique spot where the patterns on the wall seemed to encircle the rock in front of it! So many of these inspiring outdoor locations are a portrait photographer's dream come true... I feel like even the most talented artist could not come up with a bette4r backdrop out of their own imaginations, nothing beats nature in my opinion!! Anyway, I did a pretty video here :)
