HTMAW: The First 8 Minutes

I'm still working on the audio, the videos, and the last two scripts for HTMAW, but I'd like to share the intro segment to the first "launchpad" video. The last three minutes don't have much narration accompaniment when it comes to visuals (yet) but I wanted to give everyone a taste of how discussions will proceed.

One Year

It wouldn't be quite right for me to ignore what day it is, huh? After all, you guys know me well enough to anticipate thoughtful (sappy) posts now and then.

The Tough Call

Alright everyone, it's time for a community vote!

As you guys know, the How to Make a Webseries course launches with five simultaneous uploads to YouTube--the reason for this being that after the introductory video, there will be four paths a viewer can choose based on the needs they have for their project or current creative development.

As promised for Patreon, you all get early-access viewing whenever I'm able to do so. And honestly, I'm itching for SOMEBODY ...

Pushing Through Workload

Progress continues on the first big launch phase of How to Make a Webseries. Three scripts done, script four begun, two scripts recorded and audio being worked on. If I'm able to get one of those two narrations to finished video today, I should be able to get the other done between tomorrow and Friday.

At this rate, I'm anticipating a Tuesday/Wednesday release next week at the earliest for the big launch. It's taken longer than I thought, but that's usually how things go for my projec...

Progress Update

How to Make a Webseries project is currently tracking to yield over 2 full hours of video upon launch. Will most likely be closer to three when finished. Five videos needed for stage one.

I am out of my mind and it's kind of awesome.

There are only two reasons I jumped the gun on early access for Patreon on this video:

1) It's been too long since I last uploaded and penance is due to the entire audience.

Settling into my new lair has taken a little bit of work, but I feel pretty settled enough now to say regular business can begin again. Not only is the new video here, I have good news!

A video like this usually would've taken an hour and a half to two hours to upload. With my new internet connection, it took just about twenty minutes.

I can upload faster than ever before.

Working on a new video for the weekend, since things have calmed down a bit with everything that's kept me busy and away from my workstation. I actually have two videos I want to make, one directly after the other, so there may be another one next week as well as this coming weekend.

Breathing Easier

This past weekend saw a lot of activity and effort connected with everything happening in my orbit right now that's keeping me from channel work, but I'm happy to say that after tomorrow, I will be doing a lot better, having cleared up the majority of things in the way.
