Hi All,


We've had a really productive week and made good progress on artwork (the Monica scene is being worked atm) and good progress on writing.  We probably have about 3K lines written in rough draft form which is about halfway through our goal of 6K lines for this episode.  But I have a stretch goal to try to exceed 6K as there's a lot we want to fit into this episode.

Firstly - Just some advice for any of you that join for the first time or have left and ant to re-subscribe.   - I advise against subscribing very late in the month because Patreon charges people at the start of every new month regardless of when you joined.  So if for example you join on the 29th of January, you will be charged as soon as you join (for January) but you'll also be charged on the 1st February (for February), so if it's close to end of month, I'd ad...

Episode 16

Folks,

For those that messaged me about the beta, I'll be sending you something very soon .  We just keep adding to Episode 16 because we want to pack a lot in for your enjoyment.  The episode has far exceeded our initial length estimations, currently running at 6K+ lines (compared to Episode 14 which was 4.6K) so it will be pretty close in length to the bumper Episode 15 (which was our 50% extra episode and came in at 6.7K).

Start of week update

Hey folks,


Just a quick update on Episode 16:

We currently have >5.2K lines written (with some tidy up to do) and another 500 new lines or so to write.   We also have approx. 90% of the art complete

Hi All,


Just a quick update to let you know how Episode 16 is progressing.   So the good news is that we have enough written to make up a large-sized episode.  Currently at 4500 lines long and to put that in context Episode 14 was 4600 lines long and was the second largest episode to date.  Episode 15 was an episode and a half and was 6700 lines long.

Episode 16 progress has been really good over the last week.  Will definitely have enough content for a large episode for mid-December.   However, I will use my "Dev discretion" and will decide to release at that point or push a little bit to add even more content.  Want to squeeze in an extra character appearance but at the moment, our current scenes are already pushing us way over in length.

As far as a progress report goes - At this stage in the process I'd say we are slightly behind where we'd like to be for episode 16 but that's nothing new at this stage in the episode development (we are usually behind at this stage).  And as usual we expect to pick up the pace now that we're into the second half of the dev cycle...

Ep15 Side-Note

And Ep15 is currently 6200 lines long (dialog & code). 

To put things in perspective, Episode 1 was 1600 lines. 

Episode 9 was 2700 lines.  And the two biggest so far (Eps 12 & 13) were 4400.

Hi All,

Just a quick one.  Still expecting to release Ep15 before the end of this month (so that's before midnight on the 31st :) 

Many typos, minor errors from the beta have been fixed and the final scene from the beta has been modified / extended.

Regarding new scenes:

Really good progress over the weekend so here's where we stand:

Currently -what we have written for Episode 15 makes it the longest episode so far.  And that is without the Katie content.

Based on that - one of the ideas considered was to push the Katie scenes until Episode 16.  But as hinted at last time ...we have decided against this as it would be too long to wait for the Katie episode.

At the moment - All artwork is pretty much done with the exception of possibly one or two renders that we haven't thought of yet (there's usually a few last-minute requests as we get to the final stages).  But I would consider the art as 99% done
