Katie understood and proceeded as normal, she started with the overhead benchpress, she loaded 60kg (132lbs) onto the bar, but it was surprisingly too light so she added an extra 10kg (22lbs) more and started her workout.

The girls got to their workout as always, to Katie's surprise her arms weren't fatigued at all, so she was able to essentially get a second workout for her arms. On top of it too, the 45lbs dumbbells actually felt sort of light, so she moved up to 50lbs instead. Megan was worried that the weight would be too much for Katie, moving up to 50s so quickly was no easy feat.
