I had a wild hair and did this pic in really distinct stages, so I thought it might be fun to share here.
1. The initial concept sketch: I was really in the mood to draw some tomb raiding gear. So my first sketch was really planning out all of the cool stuff I wanted to feature. But it came out sooooo stiff and lifeless. I wasn't doin' my girl any justice, I needed to loosen things up
2. Concept sketch 2.0: Now that I knew what my gear was going to look like, I took another pass...
I've been watching the netflix show on the exercise bike lately. So I wanted to honor my work out buddy Lara ;)

Took a quick break from this big ol' Commish over the weekend to draw a little Hatsune Miku. Had to get this one out of my system ;)
( I learned that Hatsu (First) ne (sound) Miku (Future) was a moniker representing her place as an innovator of music. (First Sound from the Future) I tried to figure out a clever name for Rocker Miku...but I couldn't google my way through the Japanese language, more's the pity.)

Okay, so I was waffling around too much with my design for the Queen of Diamonds card, and I decided to shelf it, for now. I don't want it to be too forced.

Full credit to Clockworksoul for busting out an ad hoc Slayer Haiku is less than a minute in the discord. There is way too much talent bouncin' around these walls.
