Life After Lockdown Camp - Friendly Refuge [EP.3]

Hope you are well, after a few days at Stone Henge to park up quietly and get on with some video work, I have another one for you.

This one follows up from me arriving at Tim & Julie's. After a few horrible weeks on the road, they took me in and get me away from all the horribleness during the "easing" of Lockdown, and from there managed to pull me out of my funk and we had a great time, from building a "mini-amboleast" to tie-diving to pizza making.

Life after Camp Am-Bol-East

Another video? So Soon? What's going on??
It's ok guys, I haven't dove into a giant pile of coke and fired at the laptop like a editing chainsaw, I've had a few videos part done for a while now, which is now paying off as I'm not doing whole vid each time.
In this video You'll see my first week trying to find somewhere to hold up for the rest of lockdown.
One of the original spots I used to use, and seen a lot in last year's Vanlife UK Spring video, it offered most of what I needed.....

Solar Roof Deck Project - Part 2

The build continues, this time building the tilting solar panel frames.

Mid section is unfortunately a little broken up as it was as we had to leave camp Am-Bol-East, but it is what it is. Me and Emma tested out the deck last night (not like that) now that it's useable, Pimms and the sunset.

The deck is coming close to finished now, it's been stained up, I'm planning on adding water proof usb poin wts and deck lights but the basic item is finished. Also now have the weather to enjoy it. Well, it seems like ages now since we had to leave, and going back through the footage of times like these sucks, however this had to have been my favourite and funniest time editing a video ever, mainly down to the sheer hilarity of Marie, Ash and Jez.

This day sums up how we lived for those 2 months perfectly, it was to just forget the bullshit of the outside world and have fun.

Hey Guys,

Here is the next instalment of our time in lockdown.
Unfortunately this Patreon update comes with a spot of bad news.

Thanks to some snotty bastards reporting us to the council, Amboleast is now over. We've dismantled camp and moved on to save getting anyone involved (there are others as well as Jez) any aggro.
