A day at the spa

Once a week I go to a swimming pool with spa and today you’re coming with me 😊

I start with swimming, I love it, it’s a great way to work out and keep my body in shape.

When I’m done I treat myself to a jacuzzi and sauna.

The sauna was nice and hot, and adding some more water to the stones made it even hotter and steamier.
