Today I started working on this one. For the furniture of photo it is necessary to have: Get to work.
However, I will add more furniture that will be compatible with the base game. I'm thinking:
- Decorative panel
- Chair
- Coffee Table
- End Table
- Paintings
Nothing is completely decided yet, but i want to create a comfortable reception. Hope you like it!

Working on the new set. So far i have:
- 3 new Tree Grates: 2 Swatches each
- Floor and matching Foundation: 9 Swatches

In love with this Tree Grate. I thought it was so much needed in the game and especially for community lots.

Hello my dears :)
While I'm working on the fences, I'm also working on a large dining set. So far:
- Table 2x1
- Table 3x1
- Chairs
- Coffee Table
- Sideboard
- Pillows matching with the chairs
I am thinking of adding (it is not decided yet):
- Partitions ... I will test .... will be the first ones that I will do :D
- Rugs
- Wall Panels (I still have to look for something to match the swatches chairs).

Here are some ideas for the next month. Keep in mind that these are ideas ... I can't always achieve what I want ... but you can get an idea of my to do list :)
This month of May I had prepared several Wall Panels, as I was unable to do all of them (Because i release 3 Lots), they move on to the month of June.
- I will make a bigger lot, with several apartments. You can use it to share with your Sims roommates :)
- I will make more fences in addition to ...
Just to remind you: don`t to forget to download all the CC and Lots of February.

I'm working on these Fences. However, they function as an object, that is, they have to be placed one by one.
I will try to learn how to do it automatically, but as it is not possible through Sims4studio, I will have to learn to use another program.
But it's on my To Do list :)
Although not ideal, I hope you like this one!

For the next lot, I am thinking of building a set of apartments. I still don't know how many apartments, if 3, if 4. I will have to analyze and look for ideas online. Suggestions are accepted and you can send me by MP links with photos of apartments you like (Exterior).
