I just found out, that the lighting of the characters in the previous HDRP (High Definition Render Pipeline) armwrestling test video was completly wrong.
Props and environment was fine, but characters were somehow way too bright and didn't react corrrect on the light sources. The image above is now how it should look like in a dark tavern.

Stills are usually captured before the video is made. The video is made out of the stills (24 per second), where they loose quality due to compression.
Means, if you capture the stills by yourself out of the video, you'll have a quality loss.
