I watched The Untamed and decided to create Giyu and Tanjiro version of it. I think the strictness of Lan Zhan and Giyu are pretty similar and Tanjiro and Wei Ying's social skills are pretty on part as well.

Hwarang ( 화랑) was a elite group of warriors in ancient Korea and literally means "Flowering Knights". They had pretty unique outfits so decided to create a Kimetsu no Yaiba version.
Giyu is the leader of the Water clan and Rengoku is the leader of the Fire clan. Sabito and Makomo are also part of the Water clan and Tanjiro is ... sorta stuck between the Water and Fire clan gets love calls from the two leaders...??
